What data we process

• Contact form: name, email and your message.
• Teacher access: name, email, phone, city, your answers about your background, your CV and your profile photo, if you upload one.
• Bookings and charges: date, hours, amount and how you paid. We do not store card or account details.
• Website profile, only for those who teach at the studio: the texts, photos and links you write and upload.
• Technical data: the usual server logs, such as IP address and access date.

Why we use it and on what legal basis

• Replying to your enquiries: your request.
• Reviewing your application and managing your account, bookings and payments: pre-contractual steps and performance of the contract.
• Keeping your details for up to 2 years to contact you about future collaborations: your consent, if you tick that box.
• Sending you Lovirdin news: your consent, if you tick that box.
• Publishing your profile on lovirdin.com and lovingom.yoga: your consent, which you can withdraw in the Permissions tab.
• Measuring visits with Google Analytics: your consent in the cookie notice.
• Meeting tax and accounting obligations: legal obligation.
• Keeping the website secure: legitimate interest.

We do not create profiles or make automated decisions. Ruth reviews every application personally.

How long we keep it

• Enquiries: as long as needed to deal with them and follow them up.
• Applications: while they are reviewed and the relationship lasts. If you do not allow us to keep them, they are deleted when they end.
• With your permission for future collaborations: up to 2 years, or until you ask us to delete them.
• Website profile: until you withdraw your permission or stop teaching.
• Bookings and charges: while the relationship lasts and then for the legal periods. Accounting records are kept for six years.

Who it is shared with

We do not sell your data. Your CV and private phone number are not published. Data is only shared when necessary with:

• Public authorities, courts and security forces, when required by law.
• Service providers: DigitalOcean (web hosting) and Google (sending email with Gmail and, if you accept, Google Analytics).
• Bizum, your bank or PayPal, when you choose to pay with them, under their own policies.

Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area, with the safeguards set out in the GDPR, such as an adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses. If you write to us on WhatsApp or Instagram, those platforms process your data under their own policies.

Your rights

You may at any time and free of charge exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability, and withdraw any consent you have given, without affecting earlier processing. Write to ruth@lovingom.yoga with the subject "Personal data". We will reply within one month at most.

If you think we have not handled your request properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency at www.aepd.es.

Minors

If you are under 14, we need the consent of your parent or legal guardian to process your data.

Security

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to prevent loss of or unauthorised access to your data, such as an encrypted connection and restricted access to CVs.
